1. Shipping Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics disruptions, etc.).

2. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
• A flat delivery charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select pin codes. COD orders may attract an additional handling fee.

3. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India via our logistics partners. You can check serviceability by entering your 6-digit PIN code at checkout. If your area is not currently serviceable, we are continuously expanding our delivery network — please check back soon or contact us.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and registered phone number.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile items such as glass jars are bubble-wrapped and secured with additional padding. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
